How booking works
No account to create, no card to enter before you have spoken to anyone, and no drip sequence afterwards. Here is exactly what happens once you choose a time.

- 01Pick a slotChoose a time from the portal. Every slot is shown in your own timezone before you commit to anything.
- 02Confirm the detailsName, email, and which kind of session you are booking. That is the whole form.
- 03The link arrives by emailInstantly, with a receipt and everything you need to know before the call.
- 04Calendar invite landsAccept it and the session is in your diary with the video link attached. No retyping of times.
The 15-minute consult
Before you spend anything, book a short call. Fifteen minutes, no charge, and no pitch at the end of it. Bring the situation you are stuck on and you will get a straight answer about whether coaching is the right fix, which service would suit you, or that you just need to have a hard conversation with your manager instead.
If the answer is no, that is genuinely fine. It is a consultation, not a closing technique.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Move your session whenever you like, free, up to 24 hours beforehand. The link in your confirmation email reschedules it in a couple of clicks and reissues the calendar invite.
Inside 24 hours the slot is held for you and cannot realistically be refilled, so the session counts as used. Miss a session with less than a day's notice and we will always look at the circumstances, but we cannot promise an exception.
