The small print
Privacy
Bottletop Coaching Co is not a real company. It is a demonstration website created to showcase the booking, scheduling and client-management capabilities of Voyj. No services are actually provided, no bookings are taken, and no payments are accepted. Every person, client, price and testimonial on this site is invented for illustrative purposes.
This policy is written the way a real one would be written — plainly, and without weasel words — because the honest version and the compliant version happen to be the same thing here. There is very little to disclose, and it is all in the first few lines.
What we collect
On this demonstration site: no account system, no newsletter sign-up, no comment section, and no form backend. The contact form is a demonstration of the design only, and anything typed into it stays in your browser and is never submitted, stored or forwarded.
The one thing that is collected is anonymous usage data, described underanalytics below.
A working version of this site would necessarily handle more. If you booked a session through the booking portal, the system would hold the name, email address, timezone and time slot you chose, along with any notes you entered, so that reminders and calendar invites could be sent. That information would be used for the booking and nothing else, and a real version of this page would say exactly who holds it and for how long they keep it.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not hold payment details, and we would never ask you for a password. We do not sell, rent or trade information about anyone, and we do not build advertising profiles. We do not use your browsing on this site to decide which advertisement to show you next.
The illustrations, client names, quotes and figures used throughout this site are invented. They do not describe real people, and the fictional company they belong to is not a real business.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and the only cookies a browser will see are the two Google Analytics writes described above, an identifier and its session counterpart. There is no advertising tag, no session tracking and no embedded social media widget that would follow you around the wider internet. Nothing here is used to build an advertising profile.
The one exception is a future booking portal embedded on the booking page. When that goes live it is a separate service operating under its own privacy terms, and it will be labelled and explained before it carries any data. Your browser may also hold ordinary technical information in its own cache, which you can clear at any time through your browser settings.
Analytics
This site runs Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It is configured with Consent Mode and every advertising and personalisation store is set to denied, so no advertising profile is built, nothing is shared with advertisers, and no cross-site or cross-app tracking happens. Nothing is collected until you answer. On your first visit you are asked once, and analytics stays switched off until you agree. If you say no, the site still works and you simply do not appear in the count. You can change your answer whenever you like from the link at the bottom of every page.
The data is limited to page views, referrer, approximate country and city-level location, and device and browser type. No names, email addresses, form contents or advertising identifiers are collected, and we cannot read individual sessions. The only reason it is here is that we are nosey and want to know who is looking.
Third-party content
Any external service embedded on this site is clearly labelled as such before you interact with it, so that it is always obvious when you are dealing with someone else's system rather than ours. Fonts and images are served from the same infrastructure as the rest of the site. The analytics script named above is loaded from Google, and it is the only third-party script on the page.
